Requirement:

• B.E. in CSE,ECE,EEE or related to this field
• Prior Experience with in presales(B2B) and IT sales.
• Should have strong problem solving and prioritization skills
• Should have strong presentation skills, superior listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adapt at working with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities::

• Developing solutions and organising,planning,creating,and delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
• Ensuring solutions stated in the statement of work are best practice and in line with client requirements.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Familiar with CRM and cloud telephony systems and practices.
• Managing sales bid process by responding to RFI and RFP.
• working closely to sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process.
• Identify customer needs,clarify information,research every issue,and provide solutions.
• Keeping abreast of market trends and product and competitor landscapes.

Required Knowledge, Skills

• Network Configuration, Troubleshooting, Security Awareness, Customer Service, Protocols Knowledge; Completion of CCNA and CCNP courses is added valuable advantage
