Your responsibilities may include sourcing, screening and creating pipeline of potential
candidates for various technical roles alongside reduce our time-to hire and ensure we
attract the best professionals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Experience in hiring Must have excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Must be open to work under pressure (on HRMS tool, Excel etc.)
Should be good in reporting & analysis.
Ensuring on time delivery, identifying gap areas and must communicate issues to respective heads that may impact the deadlines and also suggest viable solutions.
More experienced candidates will be given additional duties like client handling, team mentoring etc.
